h3SITE OPERATIONS HRBP /h3pFor our client operating in the food manufacturing industry, we are looking for /ppThe Site Operations HRBP supports the business in strategic HR decisions, ensuring alignment between operational needs (meal production, logistics, food safety) and HR policies.
/ppThe role works closely with operational stakeholders (production, operations, logistics, quality) within a fast-paced, regulated environment focused on service punctuality and safety.
/ph3Key responsabilities: /h3ulliAct as the main HR point of contact for managers across production, packing, and logistics areas /liliSupport line managers in the day-to-day management of employees, including 24/7 shifts, seasonal peaks, and absenteeism /liliTranslate operational business needs into effective HR solutions /liliOversee a large operational workforce including production staff, packers and warehouse operators /liliMonitor and analyze HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and productivity /liliSupport workforce planning and headcount forecasting activities /liliManage relationships with trade unions and employee representatives /liliSupport disciplinary processes and employee relations cases /liliCoordinate recruitment activities for both operational and staff roles /liliManage onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with HACCP and company procedures /liliIdentify training needs and coordinate mandatory training programs (e.g. food safety, health safety, operational procedures) /liliSupport internal development and career progression initiatives (e.g.



team leader development) /liliAssist managers in performance management processes and promote a culture of continuous feedback and improvement /liliEnsure compliance with labor law, health safety regulations /liliCollaborate with HSE and quality teams to maintain high standards /liliSupport organizational changes, including restructures, new production lines, and HR systems implementation /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliDegree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or related fields /liliAt least 3 years of HR experience within industrial, manufacturing or similarly complex operational environments /liliProven experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in fast-paced, operational settings with shift-based workforces /liliKnowledge of labor law and industrial relations, including interaction with trade unions /liliSolid experience managing large operational populations and supporting line managers on day-to-day HR topics /liliStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills /liliHands-on, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented mindset /liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and KPIs /liliWillingness to travel within the country /liliWillingness to travel in the future for career development purposes is desirable but not essential /liliExperience with workforce planning tools is considered a plus /liliGood knowledge of English /li /ulh3Salary range: € gross annual + €7 daily meal vouchers /h3 #J-*****-Ljbffr
