NXP is building new teams in Catania to create high impact microcontrollers (MCU) as part of NXP’s intelligent AI at the Edge. This team will include a wide range of engineering talent from analog to SOC digital design. Full product development local willproduceworld-classproducts at aworld-classpace.

This team will include all key engineering disciplines in Design, Architecture, Verification,DfTand Physical Design to produce high performance and quality products.

We are now hiring aMixed SignalVerificationLead responsiblefor ensuring high quality designs that meet requirements by working closely with designers and systems engineersand creating simulation test cases, models, checkers and alike.

**Job Responsibility:**

Verification strategy for mixed-signal designs and systems

Create verification plans andtraceabilityof requirements to ensure they are covered

Create functional models of analog blocks usingSystemVerilogfor use in SoC system verification

Create AMS models of analog blocks and subsystems to verify the electrical behavior of mixed-signalsystems

Run simulations and track coverage of verification plans

Ensure high-quality tape-outs and A0silicon toproduction.





Your Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering;MastersDegreeis preferred

10+ years of productionmixed-signal verification

SystemVerilog modeling experiencerequired

Assertion, checkers, and similar experience highly desired

Strong communicationand teamwork skills arerequired

As of the date of this posting, the estimated gross annual base salary range for this position in Italy is between 50,600 € and 69,600 € annually. This range is intended as a guideline. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, skills, and specific business or organizational needs. This position falls under the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (Metalmeccanica Industria). Where relevant, the total compensation package may also include additional elements such as annual incentive opportunities and/or equity, along with a competitive benefits package.
