/p pThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, working across different technologies, and keeping production systems reliable and available.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liProvide day-to-day Tier-2 support and maintenance for business applications and enterprise tools.
/li liTroubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and escal... /li liPerform administration and troubleshooting across MSSQL and open-source databases.
/li liSupport application releases, upgrades, configuration changes, and deployments.
/li liAssist with structural application changes required during system upgrades.
/li liSupport applications running across Windows and Linux environments.
/li liRespond to application-related queries from users working across different locations.
/li liSupport the deployment of tools and operational processes that improve service delivery.
/li liProvide knowledge transfer to Tier-1 teams and support end-user training when required.
/li liMaintain technical documentation, system reports, and knowledge-base content.
/li liParticipate in operational meetings and collaborate with other technical teams.
/li liContribute to special projects and provide additional technical support when required.
/li liParticipate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, approximately one week per month.




/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in application maintenance, application support, or general IT support.
/li liHands?on experience supporting client/server applications.
/li liGood knowledge of database management and administration.
/li liExperience working in Windows and/or Linux environments.
/li liStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
/li liFluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
/li liHigh school diploma or equivalent.
/li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience administering Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, and .
NET applications.
/li liKnowledge of MySQL, Red Hat Linux, or Drupal.
/li liExperience with Active Directory.
