As Captain, you'll blend uncompromising safety and technical excellence with premium passenger care, acting as the dedicated liaison from arrival to onward journey.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liSafely and efficiently execute assigned flight schedules in accordance with regulations and manufacturer guidance.
/li liPersonally welcome passengers, brief on itinerary and weather, and communicate any changes throughout the trip.
/li liServe as the dedicated liaison between passengers and Sirio from departure FBO to final destination FBO.
/li liDeliver premium in-flight service, including responsible alcohol service, catering coordination, and careful baggage handling/stowage.
/li liPrepare, clean, organize, and stock the cabin before each trip to a consistently high standard.
/li liPerform aircraft preparation and operating tasks: load/unload baggage, thorough pre- and post-flight duties, assist with snow/ice removal, install/remove engine covers, and conduct daily aircraft cleaning as required.
/li liManage operational, passenger service, and administrative responsibilities associated with each assignment; perform additional duties as assigned.
/li /ul h3What You'll Bring /h3 ul libEASA ATPL /b and enrollment as bCommander in the Italian official register of pilots /b.
/li liMinimum b3,000 hours total time /b and b500 hours multi-pilot instrument /b.
/li liValid bME-IR (A) /b on EASA licence and either bMCC Certificate /b or bMulti-Pilot (MP) Rating /b.
/li libAdvanced UPRT /b or training/checking within the preceding 3 years under ORO.FC.******* (Part-ORO, EU Reg. ********).
/li liValid bEASA Class 1 Medical /b and bEU passport /b.
/li libEnglish Language Proficiency Level 5+ /b and professional proficiency in bItalian /b.




/li liLegal right to work in Europe and ability to travel freely to all Sirio destinations.
/li liWillingness to be based in Treviso and to work weekends, holidays, nights, shifts, and overnight assignments.
/li liSuccessful completion of Initial Training, including a type rating on the assigned fleet, and required background screening.
/li liWorking knowledge of applicable EASA regulations and a strong commitment to compliance.
/li liExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and teamwork; professional appearance and demeanour.
/li liIT-literate with email, document creation, and web-based applications.
/li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liChallenger 605 type rating.
/li liBachelor's degree.
/li liPrevious Commercial Air Transport experience.
/li liPrevious Corporate Aviation experience.
