Document Controller – €50/hour – Remote (Milan Area)
We're currently supporting a major global infrastructure project and are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join on a long-term contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale (€100M+) projects within a structured EPC / contractor environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
The Role
Manage and maintain project documentation across multiple workstreams
Ensure document control processes are followed and compliant
Support contractors, quality teams, and project stakeholders
Act as a key point of coordination across project interfaces
Work within a fast-paced, large-scale delivery environment
This is a highly interactive role (?70% stakeholder engagement) — not just admin
Location & Working Pattern
Milan area ( within 50km )




Predominantly remote
Occasional office presence (as required)
40 hours per week
Contract Details
€50 per hour
18-month contract + likely extension
Start: ASAP (within 4–5 weeks)
Interview process: 1 stage (fast turnaround)
RequirementsMust Have
Fluent Italian & English
Proven experience as a Document Controller
Background in:EPC, ORConstruction / infrastructure / client-side projects
Experience xrdztoy on large-scale projects (€100M+)
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with construction or procurement contractors
Exposure to quality processes
Familiarity with EDMS systems (Aconex, SharePoint, etc.)
