The role combines technical and functional expertise with a consultative approach to help customers address complex manufacturing, planning and scheduling challenges and drive business value.
/ppYou will work closely with Sales, Industry Process Consultants, Solution Architects and technical experts, supporting opportunities throughout the presales cycle and acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
/ph3Role Responsibilities /h3ulliEngage with customers to understand business processes, challenges and KPIs, identifying opportunities for DELMIA solutions /liliDesign and position solution concepts across MES/MOM, manufacturing operations, planning and scheduling, leveraging DELMIA Apriso, DELMIA Quintiq and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform /liliLead customer discovery sessions, workshops and product demonstrations / proof-of-concepts /liliTranslate customer requirements into compelling technical solutions and clear business value propositions /liliSupport Sales in opportunity qualification, RFP/RFQ responses, proposals and complex software sales /liliAct as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, solution architects, RD and delivery teams /liliStay up to date with DELMIA solutions,



industry processes and manufacturing technologies.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field /liliProven experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture or Technical Consulting /liliExperience with MES/MOM, APS, manufacturing planning, scheduling or supply chain solutions /liliExperience with DELMIA Apriso, DELMIA Quintiq or equivalent platforms is a plus /liliStrong customer-facing, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value /liliAnalytical and consultative mindset, with strong understanding of business processes and operational KPIs /liliExperience supporting complex software sales and/or transformation projects /liliFluency in Italian and English (Turkish or Russian will be considered a big plus) /liliWillingness to travel.
