We're hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support customers of a digital bank, on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. If you've worked with people's money before and want an international move that's already sorted, this is for you.

What you'll do

- Support customers of a digital banking service in Italian and English
- Resolve account, payment,



and product questions clearly and accurately
- Work on-site in Lisbon with a team of colleagues

Who we're looking for

- Fluent Italian and English (B2 minimum)
- At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance
- EU passport holder, so no visa needed
- Comfortable with rotating shifts, including weekends
- Ready to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site

Your schedule

- 40 hours per week
- 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
- 2 rotating days off per week
