Overview As a Process Engineer at Koch-Glitsch, you will act as the primary technical contact for customers and lead detailed process studies for mass transfer equipment. You will model distillation and related unit operations, assess feasibility and economics, and develop technical and commercial proposals. You’ll work on revamps, energy optimization, and performance assessments while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Responsabilità

Hydraulic and fluid-dynamic design of mass transfer equipment Process modelling of distillation columns, absorbers, strippers, etc. Execution of technical feasibility studies and economic assessments Preparation of process and technical reports Development of technical and commercial proposals for mass transfer devices Revamp and energy-optimization studies,



including process, hydraulic, and mechanical aspects Troubleshooting and performance assessments of process units and mass transfer equipment Preparation of key process documentation (HMB, datasheets, specifications) Participation in technical meetings with customers, including project discussions and presentations Cooperation and coordination with other Koch Engineered Solutions departments and functions

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering Hands-on experience in Oil & Gas, refining, or related process industries Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken) Solid knowledge of mass-transfer unit operations (distillation, absorption, separation) Good communication, self-motivation, teamwork Proficiency in MS Office Good communication Self-motivation Teamwork Mass-transfer unit operations knowledge (distillation, absorption, separation) Process modelling Process simulators (PRO/II, HYSYS, Aspen) - preferred
