Requisiti fondamentali

5+ years of professional experience in Rust, Go or C/C++ Solid systems-programming background (Linux internals, processes, networking, I/O) Experience with eBPF, kernel instrumentation or container runtimes (containerd, CRI-O, Docker) is a strong plus Experience building performance-sensitive software for customer infrastructure Familiarity with distributed systems and observability/telemetry Familiarity with Kubernetes; cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) a plus English fluency Collaboration in cross-team environments Growth mindset and continuous learning Clear communication Rust, Go or C/C++ Linux kernel and internals eBPF / kernel instrumentation
