Overview In this role you validate and test Baker Hughes products, focusing on centrifugal compressors, steam turbines and turboexpanders. You will ensure safety, quality and accurate reporting while collaborating with engineering and testing teams. You contribute to improving test facilities, instrumentation and test software. This position sits within the Industrial & Energy Technology team, shaping reliable products for energy customers. You will work in a fast-changing energy landscape, delivering robust test results that support customer success.

Responsabilità

Execute unit validation tests,



inspections and data collection for product/service validation Evaluate running parameters and troubleshoot system issues Prepare precise testing reports with contractual data Read technical docs and coordinate test bench activities ensuring adherence to HSE and Quality guidelines Collaborate with Engineering and Testing teams on technical issues and supplier interfaces Play an active role in the MFG-ENG design review process Maintain reliability of testing assets and support customers Assist design/construction of new test facilities, instrumentation, and test software Contribute to test scheduling with detailed information

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or technical/engineering diploma with at least 4 years' experience in mechanical or electrical activities Ability to read technical drawings (test procedures, wiring diagrams, P&ID;, GA, etc.) Mechanical processing knowledge Fluent in English and Italian Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and independently with a problem-solving mindset Experience in testing activities Highly motivated, determined and committed strong communication team collaboration problem-solving attitude PLC programming (familiarity) rotating equipment knowledge (Steam Turbine, Centrifugal Compressor and auxiliaries) Turbomachinery operation
