Responsabilità

Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for client implementations Create detailed project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and risk management Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations and relationships Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs, status updates, and post-implementation reviews Coordinate internal and external resources (technical teams, payroll specialists, vendors) to hit milestones Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks,



escalating to senior management as needed Ensure adherence to CloudPay's implementation methodology, best practices, and quality standards Provide regular project status reports to clients and stakeholders Conduct post-implementation reviews to derive lessons learned and drive improvements Potentially manage multiple implementations concurrently

Requisiti fondamentali

Proven Project Manager experience in software implementation, preferably HR, payroll, or fintech Experience leading complex client-facing projects from start to finish Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2) and tools Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Professional English level and ability to build rapport across levels Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Problem-solving mindset with proactive issue resolution Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Asana, Jira) and MS Office Experience with global payroll or payments solutions is highly desirable Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field PMP or equivalent certification is a plus Excellent communication and negotiation Stakeholder management and relationship building Proactive problem solving MS Project Asana Jira
