Overview

In this role you will support the Group’s direct tax and transfer pricing activities, ensuring compliance and efficient tax reporting across international entities. You will collaborate with HQ and local teams to manage cross-border tax matters and M&A-related tax structuring. The role offers hands-on experience with tax reconciliations, TP documentation, and coordination with external advisors in a multinational environment. Responsabilità

- Support calculation and management of direct taxes (IRES/IRAP) including data collection, reconciliations, and adjustments analysis
- Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with periodic and annual direct tax obligations
- Support Transfer Pricing activities: analyze intercompany transactions, collect financial data, prepare Master File and Local File TP documentation,



coordinate with external advisors
- Support tax activities related to cross-border transactions and international M&A; from acquisition through integration and structuring
- Monitor tax matters affecting foreign subsidiaries and coordinate between headquarters and local entities

Requisiti fondamentali

- 1-2 years of experience in the tax field
- Solid knowledge of corporate direct taxation (IRES and IRAP) and Transfer Pricing principles including OECD guidelines
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation with proficiency in Excel and other digital tools
- Excellent written and spoken English, with ability to collaborate with international stakeholders
- High accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail; commitment to continuous learning in tax matters
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills with cross-functional collaboration in an international environment
