OverviewAs Learning & Development Manager, you will design and implement staff development, leadership programs, onboarding, and succession planning across Lefay Resorts. You will partner with executives to close capability gaps and deploy Marriott programs like Power of M, HOME, DLZ, and NovoEd. You’ll lead the Lefay SPA Academy and coach leadership excellence while building a sustainable talent pipeline. Expect travel across two resort locations and on-site support to align learning with business goals. This role shapes a culture of continuous learning in a premier hospitality group.

Requisiti fondamentali
