OverviewIn this role you will lead on-board signaling validation activities within a fast-paced, multinational team. You’ll work across design, development, RAMS, and engineering to ensure safe, compliant delivery of the On-Board Subsystem. The position focuses on testing, analysis, and documentation to support project milestones and customer requirements. You’ll operate in a culture that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality technical reporting. This is an opportunity to contribute to railway signaling at system level in Naples.

Responsabilità

Design and execute laboratory tests in simulated and real environmentsAnalyze and verify On-Board Subsystem signaling (requirements, static, software, troubleshooting analyses)Support Testing and Validation teams in activity planning for signaling projectsSupport Signaling Validation activitiesConduct testing and validation in compliance with standards, contractual requirements, schedules, procedures, quality, safety, and environmental objectives per CENELECCreate and draft technical documentation, reports,



and V&V; evidenceOptimize documentation and software configuration for testing environmentsTroubleshoot, identify and resolve system/subsystem issuesEnsure delivery and deployment of the On-Board Subsystem in collaboration with Design, Development, RAMS, Engineering teams and stakeholdersSupport Operation & Maintenance post-delivery

Requisiti fondamentali

Software development and programming languages (at least one: C, C++, C#, Java, Python, ADA, etc.)Good knowledge of HW and SW systemsStructural AnalysisProblem solving and critical thinking with validation experienceExperience working in multi-cultural/international environmentsAdaptability and flexibility in matrix organizationsEffective written and verbal communicationAttention to details and accuracyStrong teamwork and cross-functional collaborationPlanning, organisation and prioritisationERP/RTMS knowledge (ERTMS) as a plusExperience with testing and validation processesKnowledge of CENELEC standards compliance
