OverviewIn this role you drive growth for Inrecruiting in the UK, acting as the local commercial link between the UK team and Italian HQ. You will own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to demo, negotiation and closure—while ensuring smooth onboarding and post-sale support. You’ll explore partnerships in the HR tech ecosystem and feed market feedback to shape product and go-to-market strategies. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial position with the support of a major European tech group.

Identify and engage new UK business opportunities (SMBs, mid-market, recruitment agencies)Own the full sales cycle: lead gen, demo, proposal, negotiation,

Requisiti fondamentali

3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally HR Tech/ATS/recruiting softwareStrong understanding of end-to-end sales cycle, prospecting, qualification, negotiation, customer successHands-on, able to work independently and manage multiple roles (pre-sales, sales, account management)Proactive, problem-solving mindset with entrepreneurial attitudeFamiliarity with CRM toolsKnowledge of the UK HR/recruitment market is a plusExcellent communication and presentation skillsProactive, entrepreneurial mindsetStrong problem-solving能力CRM tools proficiencyB2B SaaS sales experienceKnowledge of HR tech/ATS/recruiting software
