supporting the effective management of Direct Taxes and Transfer Pricing activities while ensuring tax compliance across the Group's international entities.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Support the calculation and management of direct taxes (IRES/IRAP), including data collection, tax reconciliations, and analysis of tax adjustments.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with periodic and annual direct tax obligations.
Support Transfer Pricing activities, including the analysis of intercompany transactions, collection of financial data, preparation of TP documentation (Master File and Local File), and coordination with external advisors.
Support tax activities related to cross-border transactions and international M&A; projects, from acquisition through post-acquisition integration and structuring.
Monitor tax matters affecting the Group's foreign subsidiaries and provide support on specific international tax topics
