Aratas Europe B.V. is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources & Payroll Administrator to support our international workforce across Europe. The role is based in Milan, Italy or Bratislava, Slovakia and reports to the HR Manager.
You will manage HR administration and payroll activities with external providers, maintain HRIS and payroll systems, and generate workforce reports. Excellent English and strong data accuracy are essential.
