We’re recruiting on behalf of an innovative client in the aerospace industry for an experienced Thermal Design Engineer based in Italy.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the design, analysis, and validation of thermal systems for cutting-edge aerospace projects. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, supporting design decisions through detailed thermal analysis and contributing to environmental qualification and testing activities

Key responsibilities

- Perform thermal design and analysis for aerospace systems and structures.
- Support engineering design decisions through detailed thermal simulations and assessments.
- Contribute to environmental qualification campaigns and testing activities.
- Prepare thermal analysis reports and qualification documentation.




- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

What we’re looking for
- Proven industry experience in thermal design and analysis within the aerospace sector.
- Strong understanding of thermal engineering principles and heat transfer equations.
- Experience using thermal analysis and simulation tools.
- Good knowledge of the full product development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English.
