Overview In this role, you will deliver day-to-day HR support across two Italian sites, ensuring accurate employee data and lifecycle processes. You will partner with the Country HR Manager to manage documentation, onboarding, time and attendance, and local HR initiatives. You will coordinate payroll inputs with an external provider and support recruitment and development activities. This fixed-term position offers exposure to manufacturing environments and a path to deepen HR operations within a global organization.
