Software Quality Assurance Specialist (Quality Champion) What You Will Do * Act as the quality reference for one or more software product teams * Support teams in tailoring and applying the RFOC software development and quality processes * Help define and track quality milestones (reviews, test readiness, release readiness, KPIs, etc.) * Contribute to process compliance with internal procedures and applicable safety/security requirements * Coordinate and support internal and external audits (preparation of evidence, follow‑up of actions) * Review key work products (requirements, design, tests, reports) from a quality perspective * Promote best practices (reviews, test strategy, traceability, configuration management, CI/CD, automation) * Collaborate closely with developers, project leaders and other stakeholders to balance effort and quality goals * Contribute to continuous improvement of our processes, methods and tools, based on feedback and lessons learned Who You Are * You have a background in software (e.g. Software Engineer, Embedded Developer, Tester, System Engineer)



and a good understanding of the software development lifecycle. * Experience in software quality assurance, process, audits or safety/security is a plus; otherwise you show strong motivation to learn and grow quickly in this direction. * You are comfortable discussing technical topics (e.g. requirements, design, tests, code) with development teams. * You have a structured and analytical mindset, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability and robustness. * You demonstrate strong communication and relational skills and you enjoy working transversally with multiple teams. * You are able to negotiate and influence to find realistic compromises between quality, effort and planning. * You are curious, open to feedback and willing to continuously improve both your skills and the way we work. * Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; French or other languages are a plus depending o
