We are looking for a motivated and experienced Laboratory Analyst/Manager to join our Cell/Chem Research lab. The successful candidate will support innovative biotech research projects, independently manage experimental laboratory activities, validate analytical methods and ensure compliance with high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Conducting experiments and analyses within the field of cell research (biological assays, viability, cell functionality)

- Analyze results by means of common analytical instruments (e.g. HPLC, CBC, Spectrophotometer)

- Develop, test, validate analytical methods

- Operating, maintaining, and calibrating major laboratory instruments and equipment

- Collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and recording experimental data

- Preparing technical protocols and reports





- Managing laboratory reagents and consumables while strictly adhering to safety regulations and Standard Operating Procedures

- Collaborating actively with multidisciplinary teams to meet research goals

Requirements

- Education:

Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF), Biology, Biotechnology, or related scientific disciplines.

- Experience:

About 5 years of hands-on laboratory experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical, biotechnological, or advanced academic research environment.

Language Skills:

Good spoken and written Italian and English, essential for reading and writing protocols and scientific documentation.
