Main Activities & Responsibilities Management Consolidation: budget, forecasts, year-end closing, monthly closing, and five-year plan. Variance & Profitability Analysis: Analyze profitability and identify key variances against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance. P&L; Management & Compliance: Ensure accurate income and cost allocations in the Group Management P&L;, aligning with Group guidelines and standards. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Produce weekly and monthly performance reports (sales, headcount, P&L;). Business Decision Support: Assist in developing business cases, ad-hoc financial analyses, and presentations for leadership meetings.
