Descrizione della posizione The successful candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of consumer-facing digital products, collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, Data Specialists, and Software Engineers in a highly dynamic and innovative setting. Key Responsabilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and digital products.
- Contribute to the implementation of new features and continuous product improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in architectural and technical design discussions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, maintainability, and scalability across products.
- Work on multiple projects and technology stacks according to evolving business needs.




- Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery and enhance productivity.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices and development processes.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software development.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals and knowledge of modern development practices.
- Experience in mobile application development, with exposure to at least one of the following technologies: Flutter, Kotlin or Swift
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and development approaches.
- Interest in working across different products, projects, and technical environments rather than specializing in a single technology stack.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar) as part of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work effectively within collaborative and fast-paced teams
- Good communication skills and ownership mindset.

Location: Milan (hybrid)

Compensation:

- Salary: € 30,000 - € 45,000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL), depending on experience, technical skills, and overall potential.
