Overview In this role you work on client engagements within McKinsey's Operations Practice, focusing on elevating operational performance through AI-powered service models. You will solve problems for clients, shape hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize conclusions into actionable recommendations, supported by on-the-job coaching and a structured capability-building program. The two-year Operations Excellence Program accelerates your growth with functional training and exposure to multiple industries and service lines. You contribute to digital transformation initiatives, integrating advanced analytics, intelligent automation, GenAI, and agile methods to design future-facing service operations.
