We’re building a small private investment vehicle deploying proprietary capital in crypto perpetuals, with a strong focus on Hyperliquid and DEX-native trading. We are looking for one emerging trader/PM with real-money evidence of edge in systematic or discretionary long/short strategies. What matters * 6–12+ months live trading experience * Real capital, not paper trading * Strong understanding of perps, funding, leverage, liquidation mechanics and execution * Experience trading Hyperliquid or similar venues * Ability to research, backtest and deploy strategies independently * Clear risk management and controlled drawdowns * Ability to explain where the edge comes from Relevant strategies may include:



* directional long/short * cross-sectional momentum * mean reversion * funding-rate strategies * basis / relative value * order‑flow / microstructure signals * liquidity provision / market making * event-driven crypto strategies Live P&L;, robustness, sample size, execution quality and risk management.
