To strengthen the Finance team, we have been retained to recruit a: Senior Controller The role sits within Finance and works closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and R&D;, with a direct impact on cost control, budgeting discipline and the reliability of management reporting. The successful candidate will partner with key internal stakeholders across the plant/operations organization and, when required, interact with external counterparts involved in stock audits and verification activities.

Key responsibilities

Monitor annual cost targets and key performance indicators for R&D;, supply chain and manufacturingPerform monthly variance analysis, including losses and allocation/absorption ratesTrack financial and operational indicators and provide actionable insights to the businessSupport the preparation of the plant's annual budget and cost assumptionsPrepare monthly forecasts and monitor budget execution versus actualsParticipate in stock audits and support inventory verification activitiesAnalyse obsolete/slow-moving materials and related financial impactMonitor the lifecycle of assets and molds and assess implications on costsPrepare monthly cost reports and support month-end close and financial statement preparationEnsure consistency between warehouse accounts and physical inventoryDevelop, update and maintain Power BI dashboards; manage data processing and analysis to support decision-makingTake part in cost/expense review meetings and contribute to identifying optimization opportunitiesRequirements: Proven experience in Cost Accounting / Budgeting / Controlling / Finance within an industrial/manufacturing environmentAdvanced proficiency in ExcelStrong command of Power BIExperience with ERP systemsStrong analytical skills, attention to detail and a results-oriented mindsetFluent EnglishWork location: province of VicenzaOffer: permanent position within a structured international environment, with a total compensation package between 55.000 and 60.000Wyser S.r.l. è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
