We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Facility Specialistresponsible for managing and maintaining company facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and operational continuity within the assigned area. Location: Somaglia, Italy Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with managers to organize and implement maintenance activities required to comply with current regulations and business needs, assessing technical feasibility and overseeing works during the execution phase. * Conduct audits to evaluate the level of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance required at the site. * Coordinate routine and extraordinary maintenance activities, both through external suppliers and property owners, in compliance with lease agreements and applicable legislation. * Provide support during emergencies and collaborate with the relevant authorities and on-site colleagues to ensure prompt resolution of issues. * Manage relationships with service providers and ensure compliance with c
