We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Resident Manager to join a prestigious luxury boutique hotel located in the beautiful surroundings of Noto, Southeastern Sicily.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality.
- Lead, motivate, train, and supervise the hotel team.
- Ensure a seamless, personalised guest experience, anticipating guests' needs and exceeding expectations.
- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Manage operational costs, resources, and departmental efficiency.
- Work closely with ownership and senior management to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Maintain the property's luxury positioning and service standards.

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in a similar management role within luxury boutique hotels, five-star properties, or high-end hospitality.




- Excellent command of English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a guest-centric approach.
- Solid understanding of hotel operations, team management, and cost control.
- Willingness to relocate to or work in the Noto area, Sicily.
