About The Role VB Spine is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to maximize revenue through our network of reseller partners, including dealers, distributors, and value-added resellers. This individual contributor role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and supporting channel partners while driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market expansion. Spine Sales Associate Location Emilia-Romagna What You’ll Do * Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants * Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure * Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts * Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented * Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service * Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity Education University degree preferred (Engineering, Nursing, Biology, or related fields) but not mandatory.
