playing a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing detailed financial insights. Main Activities & Responsibilities * Management Consolidation: budget, forecasts, year-end closing, monthly closing, and five-year plan. * Variance & Profitability Analysis: Analyze profitability and identify key variances against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance. * P&L; Management & Compliance: Ensure accurate income and cost allocations in the Group Management P&L;, aligning with Group guidelines and standards. * Reporting & Performance Tracking: Produce weekly and monthly performance reports (sales, headcount, P&L;). * Business Decision Support: Assist in developing business cases, ad-hoc financial analyses, and presentations for leadership meetings. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Group top management, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive financial insights. * Intercompany Operation
