In this key role, you will drive the financial heartbeat of our company. Your work will play a critical part in shaping strategic decisions, securing high-value investments, and supporting the growth of an ambitious and fast-evolving company in the renewable energy sector. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain financial models for project acquisitions, financings and M&A; activities * Coordinate due diligence for acquisitions and financings * Prepare market reports, investment memorandums, and project teasers. * Assist with the origination, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions. * Analyze investment drivers, perform sensitivity analyses, and assess tax and regulatory implications. * Conduct research,
