PRIVATE EQUITY INTERN – MILAN

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will join the Private Equity team at Bain & Company in our Milan office, working side by side with our colleagues on projects supporting Private Equity clients.

YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM

As a Private Equity Intern, you will join our Milan office for a four-month internship. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to project activities by working closely with Bain teams.

Following a positive performance assessment during the internship, there may be the possibility of being considered for a full-time offer.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

During the internship, you will support the team on a variety of analytical and project-related activities, including:

- Supporting market and industry analyses related to investment opportunities and portfolio companies
- Gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from internal and external sources
- Contributing to quantitative and qualitative analyses in support of projects
- Conducting research on markets, competitors, customers, and key industry trends
- Supporting the preparation of presentations and other project materials
- Collaborating with colleagues at different levels of seniority,



contributing to the day-to-day activities of the projects

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for candidates who:

- Are pursuing or have completed a master’s degree in a relevant field
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Have excellent command of both Italian and English
