The site team consists of a Safety Officer, Supervisor, two installation teams of 3–4 people each and a Project Manager. Responsibilities * Coordinate day-to-day steel installation activities on site. * Plan and monitor progress. * Manage installation teams and coordinate with other parties. * Act as the main point of contact on site. * Identify and resolve technical and practical issues. Profile * Strong background in structural steel / steel installation. * Experience as a Site Manager or in a similar site-based role. * Hands-on, proactive and confident in managing teams. * Good command of English.
