Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Provide practical advice on employment and labor matters including policies, hiring, contracts, compensation, benefits, and separations.

Support acquisitions, transitions, and reorganizations across multiple jurisdictions.

Handle claims and litigation working closely with outside counsel and the People team.

Build scalable legal processes, tools, and AI-powered workflows.

Monitor legal and regulatory developments to proactively address business needs.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: £85,797 to £151,436 in London; €66,065 to €107,837 elsewhere in Europe (higher for exceptionally experienced candidates).
