Junior Accounting Specialist The candidate will support the Finance function by managing general accounting activities and ensuring the accurate recording and reporting of accounting transactions in compliance with statutory and tax requirements.

The role involves overseeing key general accounting processes and working closely with other Finance teams during periodic closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Record general ledger and adjusting journal entries, including entries related to costs and revenues, accruals, deferrals, and provisions.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close activities within the assigned areas of responsibility.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of balance sheet and profit & loss accounts.
- Collaborate with other Finance teams to collect, validate, and reconcile accounting information.




- Prepare periodic accounting reports to be shared with the line manager.
- Support internal and external audit activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications; knowledge of Power Query and Power BI will be considered a plus.
- Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Placement is offered at the C job classification & remuneration,



in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL ANIA - AISA) for non-managerial employees and the Contratto Integrativo Aziendale Supplementary Agreement. The initial gross annual salary ranges between €26.000 and €30.000. The final offer will be defined based on the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
