Overview In this role you will lead and develop a production team to ensure safe, high-quality and productive operations. You will coordinate daily manufacturing activities, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with support functions to meet shift goals. You’ll promote a zero-defect culture and uphold company standards while advancing lean practices.
