Overview In this role, you enable informed management decisions by delivering accurate financial and headcount reporting. You will develop and maintain tools and dashboards to monitor revenue, profitability, and workforce metrics, collaborating with HR, Controlling, Finance, Operations, Sales and IT. You'll transform data into actionable insights and support planning and month-end activities. The position sits in a dynamic, international team focused on enhancing reporting capabilities and data governance. Responsabilità * Prepare periodic business reports (revenue, profitability, headcount, productivity) for management and headquarters * Manage monthly headcount reporting and align HR and financial data * Monitor performance against targets and explain variances for month-end close * Design, automate, and maintain Power BI dashboards and DAX data models * Serve as the key user for the CCM reporting tool, maintain master data and ensure cross-system data consistency * Support budgeting,



forecasting cycles, and provide data insights for department managers * Monitor intracompany transactions and support Finance with the TP Matrix and Documentation Notes (DN) Requisiti fondamentali * Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills * Hands-on Power BI development, DAX language, and data modeling * Experience with reporting tools, ERP systems, and corporate data management platforms * Experience with CCM reporting tools is an advantage * Strong understanding of financial reporting, profitability analytics, and business KPIs * Fluent in Italian and English (min B2) * Collaborative and cross-functional teamwork * Analytical mindset * Business acumen * Power BI development * DAX * Data modeling
