We are supporting a real estate investment firm in its search for a Investment Senior Analyst to join its Hospitality team. This opportunity would suit an analytical professional with a background in real estate investment, hospitality advisory or a related field, looking to develop their career within the hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities * Support the analysis and assessment of hospitality investment opportunities. * Build and maintain financial models, including valuations and sensitivity analyses. * Research hotel markets, operating performance and sector trends. * Assist with due diligence and the preparation of investment presentations. * Support portfolio monitoring and work with internal teams and external advisers.
