You will own the strategic vision and execution for how we measure, monitor, and improve the health of customer implementations at scale, across the full customer lifecycle We are looking for a Director of Product Management to build a foundational capability at the intersection of data science, customer success strategy, and enterprise product management. You'll shape the framework that quantifies implementation health You'll also capture the context that makes those signals actionable, so humans and agents can work together to assess org health and address customer challenges.
