Responsabilità
Lead a high-performing backend and frontend engineering team with a focus on growth and technical excellence. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to implement high-impact features. Drive the integration of machine learning models and personalization frameworks into customer-facing features.
Ensure engineering quality through design and code reviews and robust testing standards. Monitor and improve team performance to maintain high-performance standards. Mentor engineers in technical and leadership paths. Coordinate with other engineering teams to maintain a cohesive technical strategy and delivery cadence.
Requisiti fondamentali
Proven experience as a Lead Engineer with tech leadership in B2C or product-led settings. Hands-on or strong interest in applying ML/AI to product problems; experience with production ML is a plus. Understanding of personalization strategies and their impact on conversion and monetization. Ability to break down complex systems and drive business outcomes. Experience building distributed systems and REST APIs. Product-minded with a focus on real user problems and measurable outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration experience.
