Record all case details, account updates, and troubleshooting steps accurately and thoroughly within our central CRM database.

Consistently hit essential operational benchmarks, including customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, First Contact Resolution, and Average Handle Time standards.

Continuous Learning: Attend regular development programs and training sessions to stay up to date on platform updates,



company guidelines, and operational best practices.

Language Skills: Fluent C1/C2-level Italian to ensure flawless client communication, paired with at least B2-level English proficiency for software usage, internal communication, and training modules.

Flexibility: Full adaptability to work rotating shift rosters operating across a 24/7 schedule.
