We are seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Analyst / QA Tester to support an international ERP migration programme, transitioning 15–20 subsidiaries from Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS.

The role combines functional analysis, finance process support and quality assurance, helping ensure the successful migration and rollout of Business Central across Italy, the USA and the UK. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate system functionality, document processes and support country-specific financial and localisation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, assess and document functional requirements, advising stakeholders on Business Central capabilities and potential solutions.
- Work hands-on with Dynamics 365 Business Central, supporting finance processes, invoice creation and processing, and related workflows.
- Conduct functional testing, validate system functionality, identify defects and support issue resolution throughout the migration.
- Support the migration from Dynamics NAV to Business Central SaaS across 15–20 international subsidiaries.
- Assist with country-specific localisation requirements across Italy, the USA and the UK, including finance, invoicing and accounting processes.
- Maintain functional documentation, requirements specifications, test scenarios and project materials.




- Support GAAP analysis and the assessment of financial processes across multiple entities.
- Work within an integrated technology environment involving Logic Apps, MuleSoft, POS systems and cloud platforms.

Background / Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central, ideally within migration or implementation projects.
- Functional knowledge of finance, invoicing, order processing, inventory and purchasing.
- Solid finance background, including practical experience creating and processing invoices within an ERP system.
- Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, documentation and QA/testing.
- Understanding of international ERP rollouts and country-specific localisation requirements.
- Familiarity with Business Central SaaS (Online).
- Fluency in both English and Italian.
- Ability to work independently and engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements.

Desirable Skills:

- SQL skills and experience querying or analysing data.
- Exposure to Logic Apps, MuleSoft and POS integrations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with GAAP analysis and multi-entity financial processes.
- Previous involvement in multi-subsidiary migrations from Dynamics NAV to Business Central.
