* For our client * A Global Leader in Talent and Organizational Consulting A Global Leader in Talent and Organizational Consulting Occasione Key accountabilities: * Apply your organisational skills to deliver campus recruitment activities, including career fairs, university events, mock interviews, and assessment centres * Use your coordination skills to manage multiple events across Italy, with regular travel and on-site presence in Florence * Contribute to successful delivery by ensuring strong logistics, stakeholder alignment, and a positive candidate experience * Collaborate with campus teams to support assessment centres throughout peak periods (Nov-Dec, Apr-May) * Use your relationship-building skills to partner with hiring managers, universities, and internal stakeholders * Apply your consulting skills to guide hiring managers on timelines, strategies * Apply your recruitment expertise to manage the full early careers recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer * Use your influencing skills to support hiring decisions, calibration,
