factoring in project timelines, market trends, and evolving dynamics Act as a key advisor to the Italy Country Director on capital allocation and portfolio strategy Support the launch and scaling of the data center business segment from a financial perspective Stay on top of the Italian energy market (pricing, incentives, auctions, regulation, grid constraints, storage evolution) to inform strategic decisions Act as a bridge between technical/project teams and finance, ensuring alignment on project performance and budgets Lead budgeting activities (revenues, costs, and cash flows) in line with US GAAP principles Monitor performance vs. budget and perform variance analysis Identify and reallocate underutilized capital to maximize portfolio efficiency and returns Budgeting, forecasting, project-level P&L; Cash and balance-sheet analysis, development costs/CIP, variance analysis and management reporting.
