Discover your exciting role As a Process Manager, I am responsible for optimizing, standardizing, and continuously improving business processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and organizational performance. Explore your tasks and responsibilities * Lead and develop the Process Pharma Department, including resource planning, talent development, succession planning, and performance management. * Define departmental strategy, objectives, standards, and best practices aligned with business goals and market requirements. * Oversee the design and delivery of pharmaceutical process systems and clean utilities in compliance with GMP, regulatory, and industry standards. * Ensure the quality, consistency, and timely completion of all process engineering deliverables and technical decisions. * Act as the technical authority for pharmaceutical process engineering throughout all project phases, from concept design to commissioning and qualification. * Manage cross-functional collaboration, budgets, resource allocation, and workload planning across multiple projects and locations.
