The role We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of marketing activities across our three campuses, with the goal of generating qualified leads and driving enrolments. Key Responsibilities * Develop the annual marketing plan by campus and age group,



managing budget allocation and monitoring cost per lead and enrolment. * Plan and deliver digital campaigns across paid social, search and display, while managing owned channels including website, social media and newsletters. * Organise open days, events, local activities and partnerships in collaboration with the Admissions Team. * Develop and test new promotional initiatives before wider implementation. * Manage the CRM and marketing funnel with Admissions, including source tracking, lead scoring, nurturing and data quality. * Monitor performance across leads, visits, applications and enrolments, identifying corrective actions based on data. * Lead and develop two direct reports and coordinate marketing projects across multiple workstreams. * Manage agencies and suppliers, ensuring quality, timelines and budget control. * Ensure consistency with the school's positioning and Nord Anglia Education brand guidelines.
