As a Business Project Manager, you will work directly with top management and EXCOM to drive high-impact strategic and transformation initiatives across Redion EB. You will shape and execute company-wide priorities from strategy definition through to implementation and delivery, acting at the core of the organization.

Main tasks:

- End-to-end management of projects from ideation and business case development to implementation and delivery
- Develop strategic plans, business cases, and transformation roadmaps
- Act as a trusted advisor to EXCOM members, supporting key decisions
- Drive cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment, pace, and results
- Monitor and steer the overall company business plan and transformation roadmap, ensuring progress, transparency, and follow-up on key priorities

You will work on a wide range of high-impact topics at the core of RedionEB’s strategy,



these topics may include:
- Market entry and new business model development
- Post-merger integration and synergy capture
- AI and digitalisation strategy
- Automation and process optimization
- Organisational efficiency
- Growth and go-to-market strategy

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or project management
- Strong problem-solving, structuring, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership, autonomy, and ability to deliver in fast-paced environments
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Insurance or consulting background is a plus

Annual gross base salary offered for this position ranges from EUR 50.000,00 to EUR 60.000,00 (final package will be confirmed individually to the final selected candidate, in line with the profile and the adequation with the position requirements).
