Overview In this role, you will lead Deel’s global DevOps team to scale a highly available SaaS platform. You will partner with cross-functional squads to improve automation, reliability, and observability across multiple AWS environments. You’ll own governance, security, cost optimization, and incident response, shaping self-service tooling and golden paths for engineers. incident response, post-mortems, SLOs, disaster recovery and capacity planning * Build self-service tooling and golden paths so engineers can work independently within shared standards * Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities, then implement fixes * Set priorities and report to engineering leadership Requisiti fondamentali * 2+ years managing DevOps/SRE/Platform teams * 5+ years as a DevOps engineer * Deep knowledge of AWS - multi-account setups, managed services (CloudFront, RDS, Elasticache) including networking (VPC, DNS, load balancing, service mesh) * Deep hands-on Kubernetes expertise (EKS) including cluster design, upgrades, multi-cluster operations, service mesh, Crossplane, Cluster Autoscalers, ingress controllers, network policies, RBAC, workload security and resource tuning * IaC experience (Terraform/CloudFormation/Pulumi/Crossplane) * CI/CD and GitOps experience (GitHub Actions/Jen
