In this role you provide technical expertise and support for CRM products to physicians, nurses, sales, and marketing teams across Italian regions. You will assist implantation and follow-up procedures, deliver product demonstrations, and support training to healthcare professionals. You will also handle post-marketing activities using CRM tools and maintain strong professional relationships to communicate clinical data and product benefits.
The role combines hands‐on technical support with customer‐facing activities to advance patient care and product adoption.

Offer technical expertise to sales reps, other commercial functions, and customers
Support presentations and product information delivery to physicians, building relationships
Assist in training and technical development of hospital staff and healthcare professionals
Support post‐marketing activities via CRM tools including Salesforce Lightning and MMX
Demonstrate strong communication skills to convey product therapies and benefits
Provide technical and specialist support upon physicians' requests, communicating clinical data effectively
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
Strong commitment to continuous technical and clinical learning
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive and solution‐oriented
English skills written and spoken (minimum B2)
Strong problem‐solving abilities and multi‐perspective approach
Team‐oriented with alignment to Medtronic Mission
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and across Italy
Previous experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
