We work in mortgage, finance, and real estate, our thumbnails lean hyper-realistic: real locations, real buildings, real people. That takes technical skill and a real grasp of realism, while still earning the click. We currently have 5 other designers on the team, they have each been designing thumbnails for years and are talented, we just need another hire to help with capacity. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign 10 to 20 thumbnails a week (40 to 80 a month) with a 24 to 48 hour turnaround.
